In Istanbul, where a delegation of journalists went to meet with the leaders of Turkish Airlines on the occasion of its recognition as the best airline in Europe, we flew in business class on a carrier plane. Bulmish is short for Saint-Michel Boulevard, the main artery of the Latin Quarter, where students of Sorbonne and half the heroines of the novels of Anna Gavalda, the main menesinger and troubadress of today’s Rive Gauche, Left Bank, live with fish.
